Payment Processing
Our on-site payment processor is Google Checkout. However, if you're more comfortable using Pay Pal,, please email me direct at theglassringshop@yahoo.com, list the item(s) you wish to purchase, and I will invoice you via Pay Pal.
We will also accept personal checks and money orders if prior arrangements are made. Simply email to theglassringshop@yahoo.com, list the item(s) you wish to purchase and the method of payment you wish to use (personal check or money order). Personal checks must clear prior to your order being processed and shipped. Money orders must be drawn from a U.S. bank or the United States Postal Service.
Under either of these scenarios the item(s) you wish to purchase will be placed 'on hold' for you pending completion of the transaction.
California orders are subject to 8.25% sales tax.

Shipping and Service Area
We offer First Class shipping without additional charge for all orders with U.S. destinations. All orders are securely packed in sturdy boxes to help ensure against breakage in transit. The last thing we want to do is send your glass ring in a padded envelope and hope - somehow - that it arrives at its destination in one piece. We may, on occasion, opt to ship via Priority Mail depending on the size of the order.
International Orders
We will gladly accept international orders with certain restrictions:
International customers need to email directly to theglassringshop@yahoo.com. In your email, please list the item(s) you wish to purchase. International orders are processed on an individual basis via Google Checkout or Pay Pal invoice only, no exceptions.
Once your email is received, an invoice will be generated for the amount of your purchase, PLUS costs for shipping via International First Class Mail. Sorry but due to a notoriously unreliable postal system, we will not process orders from Italy.

Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. There's nothing worse, shopping-wise, than eagerly awaiting the arrival of your purchase only to discover it's not what you expected, or the wrong size, or damaged, or just not 'you.' Toward this end, we've tried to eliminate some of these issues by taking the best photos we can of our inventory, from as many angles as possible, so that you have a clear representation of your purchase. And we urge you to please review our Glass Ring Sizing Tips prior to any purchase to acquaint yourself with some of the special characteristics associated with glass rings.
But some returns are inevitable. If you need to return your purchase, for whatever reason, please let us know via email (theglassringshop@yahoo.com) no later than two days following receipt of your order. We will get in touch with you to verify the terms of the return and require that your purchase be received by us, in the same condition in which it was shipped, no later than 5 business days following our email to you. Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges. We don't care whether you return your purchase via Priority Mail, First Class or Parcel Post, as long as we receive it within the time frame specified, securely packed and in the same condition as when it was first shipped to you.
Once we receive your returned merchandise and verify its condition, we will process a refund for the full amount of your payment via whatever method you initially used for the purchase (Google Checkout or Pay Pal). Privacy Policy
The Glass Ring Shop believe in your privacy. We collect your email address only if you contact us, either through a purchase or by joining our mailing list. Your email address is used for the purposes of our mailing lists only or for finalizing the terms of a transaction and is never sold nor given away to a third party. Shipping addresses are collected solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and, likewise, are never sold nor otherwise given to a third party, nor used for any other purpose other than that which is stated and agreed to between the parties.
